OLYMPIA into 4-digit games

OLYMPIA Industries Bhd (OIB)'s unit Lotteries Corporation Sdn Bhd (LCSB) had on 17/5/2010 entered into a MOU with Taiwan Lottery Co. Ltd (TLCT) to jointly cooperate on the sales of 4 digits game in Taiwan.

LCSB which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OIB, is involved in the organising and managing the sales of numbers forecast pools and public lotteries including 4 digits number games in Sabah.

Under the MOU, both parties shall enter into a 4 digits game business cooperation agreement within 6 months of the MOU with the view to increase the sale of 4 digits game in Taiwan.

Amongst the understanding, LCSB shall provide to TLCL marketing and operating plans for the game sale and consultation advice thereto in accordance with the provisions of the Taiwan Lottery Acts.

LCSB will be entitled to a profit sharing ratio based on the quantum of sales volume increase to be determined under the agreement to be finalised.
