Sports gaming license has been issued to Tan Sri Vincent Tan's
Ascot Sports Sdn Bhd. Which is likely to be acquired by BCorp.
The license awarded to him with conditions attached. One of them is
only 200 out of existing Sports Toto 680 outlets is allowed to operate
gaming betting.
No online betting is allowed. With this condition, it is hard to fight
illegal sports betting.
