LION Industries Corp Bhd (4235) said Tan Sri William Cheng Heng Jem bought 51 million shares in the company at a put option price of RM1.29 based on a weighted average price of 10 market days up to December 4 2009.
Last Saturday, Business Times reported that there were 51 million shares traded on the off-market at RM1.29 a share.
Business Times also erroneously reported that OSK Research had a "Neutral" call on Lion Industries when in fact it had downgraded the com-pany to "Trading buy" from "Buy".
