Gaming firms may seek lower 4D payouts
Three gaming companies will lobby Malaysia’s finance ministry to reduce first prize payouts for so-called “4D” lotteries by two percentage points, ECM Libra Capital Sdn Bhd analyst Yin Shao Yang said in a report today, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.
The companies are Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd, Tanjong Plc, and Magnum Corp, which is owned by Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd, according to the report. - Bloomberg
