Hiap Teck Venture Bhd's managing director Kua Hock Lai sold 34 million shares, or a 10.4 per cent stake, in the company yesterday, a Kuala Lumpur stock exchange filing shows.
Kua now holds 7.86 per cent of Hiap Teck, a Malaysian maker of steel products and building materials, the filing said.
He sold the shares off-market at RM1.46 per share, OSK Research Sdn Bhd said in a report today. -- Bloomberg
