MBf HOLDINGS BHD []’s chief executive officer Tan Sri Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin disposed of 33.849 million warrants in the open market on Sept 30 and Oct 3 via Nadin Holdings Sdn Bhd.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed Nadin disposed of 15.389 million warrants on Sept 29 and 18.459 million warrants on Oct 3. The warrants were actively traded on those two days.
After the recent disposals, his indirect stake in the warrants, via Nadin, was reduced to 42.088 million units or 15.88%.
Another filing showed Nadin purchased 1.511 million shares on Sept 29 and 4.098 million shares on Oct 3, increasing the stake to 116.408 million shares or 20.42%.
