UMA - Bursa queries MNC on share price drop

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 18): Bursa Malaysia has issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query on mobile and digital solutions company MNC Wireless Bhd.

“We draw your attention to the unusual price fall of your company’s shares today,” Bursa said to MNC in a statement posted on the stock exchange regulator’s website today.

At 5pm, MNC shares fell 10 sen or 26% to 28 sen with some 13 million shares traded.

Bursa had asked MNC to inform its investors on any possible corporate development which might have resulted in the stock's trading activity.
