M3NERGY Bhd said its shares will be suspended from trading on Bursa Malaysia with effect from 9.00am on August 11 2010, it said yesterday.
This follows its announcement on Monday regarding Adamus Avenue Sdn Bhd’s conditional takeover offer of M3nergy.
