Berjaya Corp (BJCORP) falls most in 3 years

Berjaya Corp, a Malaysian property, insurance and gaming group, fell the most in almost three years in Kuala Lumpur trading after the government decided not to re-issue a sports betting license to Ascot Sports Sdn, a company in which it planned to buy a 70 per cent stake.

The stock fell 12.1 per cent to RM1.24 at 10:10 a.m. local time, set for its biggest daily fall since August 16, 2007. -- Bloomberg
