The Securities Commission Malaysia said it obtained an injunction to prevent Ishak Ismail from using proceeds from selling 58.7 million shares in Kenmark Industrial Bhd.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court also ordered Ishak to provide it with details of its assets in Malaysia and abroad, the Securities Commission said in a statement today.
The commission said it sought the injunction following investigations into suspected breaches of securities laws. - Bloomberg
