High Court dismiss three applications to strike out statement of claim by Hop Hup Construction Bhd
The High Court has dismissed the three applications by certain defendants to strike out statement of claim by Hop Hup Construction Bhd, with no order as to cost.
The three striking out applications according to Ho Hup in its filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday were made by Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd, Datuk Vincent Lye Ek Seang, Lim Ching Choy, Datuk Woo Thin Choy and Chong Kok Weng.
The court has set a date to hear application submission by Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd on Aug 4 for injunctions relating to the joint development agreement dated of March 16 between its subsidiary, Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd and Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd.
On the same date, the court had also decided to hear the application by Pioneer Haven for Ho Hup to fortify its undertaking to damages.
