IJM Land Bhd will be holding its Prime Property Investment Showcase, at the Symphony Lake Suite, KLCC Park, from tomorrow to Sunday.
The showcase will feature the company’s property projects and award-winning developments as well as planned launches of products ranging from landed and high-rise residential developments to luxury homes and integrated developments and townships in prime areas of Penang, the Greater Kuala Lumpur, Seremban, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak, as well as the group’s first UK venture in London.
The company says properties featured at the showcase are designed to meet various lifestyle needs and budgets, from first-time home buyers or those looking to upgrade, to investors looking for the opportunity to invest in the potential of an IJM Land product.
The showcase will see the introduction of Pantai Sentral Park in Kuala Lumpur, a 58-acre “sustainable urban forest city” right next to the lush, green surroundings of a 200-acre forest. Pantai Sentral Park, which recently received awards at the Asia Pacific Property Award 2014, is expected to be a highpoint of the showcase, with the first parcel of residential condominiums opening for registration.
In total, IJM Land will feature 14 projects including Seremban 2 in Negri Sembilan, The Light Waterfront in Penang, Bandar Rimbayu in Selangor, Sebana Cove in Johor and IJM Land’s flagship project in London, the Royal Mint Gardens.
The other projects to be showcased include properties in Kuala Lumpur such as Seri Riana Residence in Wangsa Maju, Altitude 236 @ Bukit Manda’rina, Cheras and De’Bunga Residensi in Ukay Heights, Ampang. Developments in Johor include Nasa City and the Epic, while in Sabah and Sarawak, the properties featured are Riverine Sapphire in Kuching, Sarawak and Bandar Utama township in Sandakan and Sky Mansions condominium in Kota Kinabalu. The showcase will also feature presentations which focus on property, health and lifestyle.
